Our integrative and holistic services address the whole of each patient

As a caring and collaborative group of medical professionals, Trestle provides comprehensive therapies that are customized to each patient’s needs. Therapy starts by identifying the root causes and then creating a progressive treatment plan that builds the foundation for growth and success. Our services for patients from infants to adults include orofacial myofunctional therapy and speech pathology, along with occupational and physical therapies.
Collaborative services for comprehensive care

Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy

Many oral structural changes and disorders are a result of atypical oral rest postures of the tongue and lips and atypical muscle function of the face and mouth. This is referred to as an orofacial myofunctional disorder. Underlying myofunctional disorders can contribute to malocclusion (misalignment of teeth), and disorders of breathing, feeding, speech, or posture.

Speech Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are experts in communication. At Trestle, our therapists treat a variety of disorders including speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, swallowing, feeding, and more. As with all our therapies for pediatric patients, parents are taught tools and strategies to implement at home for streamlined care.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy

Pediatric occupational therapy helps enable children of all ages to perform their daily activities and gain more independence. This includes helping children with disabilities or developmental delays to participate more fully in school and social situations. Each patient’s needs are unique, so we create a customized plan based on challenges and goals.

Pediatric Physical Therapy

Physical therapists are movement experts who improve quality of life through hands-on care, prescribed exercises, and patient education. Patients come to us with injuries, disabilities, developmental delays, or other health conditions and we help them improve flexibility, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent future problems so that they can get back to an active lifestyle.
